Events & Registration
How do I register for an event?
Browse the Events Calendar, select the event you are interested in, and click the “Register” button on the event detail page. Registration is confirmed immediately and the available capacity updates in real time.
Can I cancel my registration?
Yes. Open the event detail page and click “Cancel Registration”. Your spot will be released immediately so other members can register. Please cancel as early as possible if you know you cannot attend.
How do I know if an event is fully booked?
Each event card and detail page shows a live capacity indicator. When an event reaches maximum capacity the “Register” button is disabled and the status changes to “Fully Booked”.
How far in advance can I register for an event?
Registration opens as soon as an event is published by a club organiser. There is no fixed advance registration window — check the events calendar regularly so you do not miss popular sessions.
What happens if an event is cancelled by the club?
If an organiser cancels an event, all registered members will be notified automatically and their registrations removed. No action is required on your part.

Events are open to registered club members. If you are not yet a member, please contact us via the Contact page to enquire about membership options.
How do I update my contact information?
Member profile editing is managed by club administrators. If your contact details have changed, please reach out to us through the Contact page and we will update your record.

Please use the Contact page to report any technical problems. Include a brief description of the issue and, if possible, the steps to reproduce it. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
