Sports Club Event Manager (“the Club”) is the data controller responsible for your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following personal data:
- Identity data: name, surname, member identifier.
- Contact data: email address, phone number.
- Usage data: event registrations, cancellations, session history.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (collected via logs).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data to:
- Manage your membership and event registrations (legitimate interest / contractual necessity).
- Send notifications about events you have registered for (legitimate interest).
- Comply with legal obligations applicable to sports associations in Spain.
- Improve and maintain the platform (legitimate interest).
4. Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as your membership is active and for up to five (5) years after the end of the membership relationship, in accordance with Spanish civil and tax legislation. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers acting as data processors under a data processing agreement.
- Public authorities when required by law.
