1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sports Club Event Manager (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
The Platform is intended for use by club members and authorised administrators. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
- Use the Platform only for its intended purposes (event discovery, registration, and management).
- Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
- Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
3. Event Registrations
Registration for an event is subject to available capacity. The Club reserves the right to cancel or modify events at any time. Members who register for a cancelled event will be notified and their registration removed automatically. The Club bears no liability for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with a cancelled event.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Club or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Club’s registered location.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
